Delivery Information

Our cold plunges are large and heavy items shipped via LTL freight service. Your order will arrive curbside on a pallet in 2 to 3 large boxes.

• Curbside Delivery Only: Due to carrier insurance policies, the driver will not be able to move the boxes inside your home, garage, or backyard.
• Accessibility: Your delivery location must be accessible to a full-size freight truck (up to a 53′ trailer) with enough space to safely maneuver.
